I just finished reading a post by Randy Gage that got me thinking about a question I get from people on our team all of the time.

“How do I get my team to do something?”

LOL….If you’ve been in the game for a while, you have probably heard that or even said that yourself.

The fact of the matter is, YOU CAN’T RAISE THE DEAD.

You see, when people join the business they do it start start THEIR own business.  That’s what you need to understand.  It’s their business and they are responsible for their own results.  You can’t make people do anything in this business.  The only thing you can do is offer guidance to help the willing and those that deserve your time.

There’s one saying that I learned from Steve Schulz (Network Marketing Legend and Multi-Millionaire) and that is this:

Whatever you are doing, STOP and ask youself this question:

“Can my team do what I’m doing right now.”

and the second question you want to ask yourself is this:

“If my team would do what I’m doing right now, would we make any money?”

If the answer to either of those questions is “No”, then you need to take a serious look at what it is you’re doing.

My point is this.  People do what you do, not what you say.

If you want your team to produce, then YOU need to be producing…consistantly.

Live by this matre and you won’t have this problem…
